Q.How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.50 USD, and it's free on orders over $55. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.
Q.Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from the United States. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility, as we can't calculate them in advance.
Q.How long will it take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Domestic US delivery is typically 3–7 business days; international orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs.
Q.How are ceramic items packed?
Our ceramic pot set is fragile, so it ships double-boxed with extra cushioning. Please unpack ceramic items carefully and inspect them on arrival — if anything arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us straight away.
Q.What exactly is in the box?
Physical planters, containers and garden accessories only. We do not ship seeds, live plants, soil, fertilizer, pesticides, or any gas or electrical products.
