Returns

You can return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging.

Opened or used planters, items returned after 14 days, and anything damaged through misuse. Because we don't sell seeds, plants, soil or chemicals, there are no perishable or hazardous goods to worry about.

Ceramic is fragile. If your ceramic set arrives cracked or chipped, email us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — you won't need to ship a broken item back.

Email support@duenezplumb.shop with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue your refund in USD to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our refund policy for the full detail.
