Refund policy

Q.When am I entitled to a refund?
You qualify for a refund when you return an unopened item within 14 days, or when an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description. Refunds cover the product price; the original outbound shipping is only refunded when the fault is ours.
Q.How are refunds paid?
All refunds are issued in USDto the original payment method. We don't offer cash refunds or pay to a different account.
Q.How long does it take?
After we receive and inspect a returned item (or confirm a damage claim from your photos), we process the refund within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Q.What about partial refunds?
We may issue a partial refund if an item is returned opened, used, or missing parts and packaging. We'll always explain the amount before processing it.
Q.Which law governs this policy?
